Premium Class Fee
A "premium" will be added to the regular class fee when the scheduled training is during off-peak hours. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the total training amount. This is an additional charge that is incurred to have our instructors train your staff/employees outside of regular operating hours.
The following days/times will be billed with the premium fee included:
Monday - Thursday: 7:00pm - 7:00am
Friday: After 4:00pm
Saturday - Sunday: 12:00pm and later
Travel Fee
Depending on location, an additional fee may apply based on travel time.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
To secure your class reservation, EMC requires you to sign our financial policy agreement and place a non-refundable 50% deposit. The deposit should be made within 72 business hours of the reserved class or your reservation will be canceled. Accepted forms of payment include check, money order or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.)
The balance is due on the scheduled day of class, prior to the start time. The outstanding balance remains the same even if fewer individuals attend the class than anticipated.
If for any reason you are unable to hold your scheduled class, a three business day notification is required in order for your deposit to remain valid. The rescheduled class must take place within three months or your deposit will be void. Classes that need to be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions or other extenuating circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please call 1-800-695-5655 or fill out our contact form if you have any questions.
No refunds will be given.
Equipment Damage Policy
Any damage to our equipment, intentional or unintentional, will be assessed at the time of incident. An invoice for repair or replacement will be sent to the individual responsible for class payment.
