OSHA 10 & 30 HOUR

FOR GENERAL INDUSTRY & CONSTRUCTIONv

Summit’s Online OSHA 10- & 30-Hour Training for both General Industry and Construction offers engaging, interactive online training courses to ensure comprehension and help you meet regulatory and compliance needs.

Summit’s user-friendly online courses are the most efficient way to obtain your DOL/OSHA course completion card. Implemented through Otis – our online learning management system – these courses allow administrators to track employee progress, schedule training, view quiz scores and provide easy student access to training, 24/7. Additionally, Summit offers OSHA in Spanish.

  • Courses include full text to narration audio, video, images, and interactions
  • Elective course options allow you to make the curriculum your own
  • Students have 180 days to complete training
  • OSHA course completion cards are sent upon completion

HAZWOPER TRAINING

40-, 24-, & 8-HOUR

Easily complete required HAZWOPER training, meet compliance needs, and earn your HAZWOPER completion certificate. Summit’s interactive and media-rich online HAZWOPER training teaches employees best safety practices for hazardous materials operations, such as emergency response, clean-up, transportation, disposal, storage, and treatment.

Delivered through Otis, each course includes full text to narration audio, video, images, and interactions to engage students in a comprehensive learning session. Summit HAZWOPER courses are available in online pay-per-view or group discounts and are in compliance with the classroom portion of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120.*

HAZWOPER 40 Hour

Required for workers who perform activities that expose or potentially expose them to hazardous substances.
This course is intended to meet initial training requirements found in OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.120 for general site workers who participate in hazardous waste operations, where they may be exposed to hazardous substances and health hazards.

HAZWOPER 24 Hour

Required for employees visiting an Uncontrolled Hazardous Waste Operation mandated by the government.
HAZWOPER 24-Hour online training course is intended to meet the classroom training requirements in OSHA standard 29 CPF 1910.12.

HAZWOPER 8 Hour

Designed as an annual refresher course for general site workers who remove hazardous waste or are involved with hazardous substances or health hazards.
This course is intended to meet initial training requirements found in OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.120 for general site workers who participate in hazardous waste operations, where they may be exposed to hazardous substances and health hazards The primary reference is OSHA HAZWOPER Standard 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(8).

*OSHA does not certify or approve HAZWOPER training courses. Some students may complete the courses in less time than the course packages state. To fully comply with the HAZWOPER standard, hands-on training must also be completed.
